What To Expect

There's a lot happening at BlackBerry World™ 2012! Familiarize yourself with the onsite details so you know what to expect when you arrive in Orlando for the conference.

Registration and Name Badges

When you first arrive at the Orlando World Center Marriott, please follow the signs to the Registration Desk to register and collect your conference badge. Your badge must be worn at all times to ensure you can access all the conference activities, sessions, the Solutions Showcase and other events.

Meals and Breaks

Breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks were served on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday as part of the conference. Food will also be provided at the Monday evening Welcome Reception and the BlackBerry Party.

Dress Code

The attire for BlackBerry World is business casual.

Conference Survey

A conference survey was available for our attendees to share what worked and what didn't at the conference. Your comments will help us keep this event relevant to your needs year after year. To show our appreciation for the feedback, we'll have a gift for attendees who complete the conference survey.

Breakout Session Surveys

We want to make the breakout sessions at BlackBerry World relevant to today's hot topics and as diverse as our attendees. Help us offer the types of sessions you want next year by giving us your feedback on the session content.

Cyber Zone

We know your time is limited, so attendees were invited to visit the Cyber Zone kiosks that were located throughout the conference area to access key conference information and keep up with your activities for the week. You'll be able to access, update and print your conference schedule, schedule sessions, look up sponsor information, complete conference and session surveys, vote for the Attendee Choice Wireless Achievement Award, and more. Access all Cyber Zone kiosks by scanning your conference badge.

BlackBerry World On-Demand

Registered attendees will have access to BlackBerry World On-Demand, an online portal for the conference session content and sponsor information. Take advantage of this benefit when you're back at the office after the conference.

Solutions Showcase

Enhance your BlackBerry World experience by visiting the Solutions Showcase. This is where you can network with all of our conference sponsors - exhibitors from around the world showed off the inspiring range of new wireless products, applications and services available for the BlackBerry® solution.

BlackBerry Technical Support

This year's BlackBerry World will include a support desk where technical teams will be on hand to help conference attendees with any of their BlackBerry device questions or issues.
