BlackBerry Training at BlackBerry World
IT Administrators maximized their organization's investment by taking a two-day instructor-led training course at BlackBerry World™! The training courses took place on Sunday, April 29 and Monday, April 30, 2012, and featured the most up to date, relevant content on the advanced features and capabilities of the BlackBerry® solution. This year, there were three courses to choose from.
You can no longer register for BlackBerry Training. BlackBerry Training Courses took place at the Hilton Walt Disney World® Resort. Shuttle service was provided between this venue and all other BlackBerry World hotels on Sunday and Monday for training participants.
The BlackBerry Training fee included:
- 2-day training course on Sunday, April 29 and Monday, April 30
- Breakfast, breaks and lunch for Sunday, April 29 and Monday, April 30
- A BlackBerry Certification exam
- A Self Study Guide to help you prepare for your BlackBerry Certification Exam
The following training courses were offered at BlackBerry World:
Administering BlackBerry Mobile Fusion
This two-day course is designed for administrators who will manage and support the BlackBerry Device Service and the Universal Device Service. The course explained how to install and manage the two services, and went into detail on how to manage BlackBerry smartphones, BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablets, Android and iOS5 devices using Universal Device Service.

This two-day course is intended for Solution designers and anyone who is preparing for the BlackBerry Certification Program exam, Designing and Deploying a BlackBerry Solution in a Microsoft Exchange Environment (BCP-620).

This two-day course is designed for experienced BlackBerry Enterprise Server administrators. Through activities and lecture, participants learned about BlackBerry Enterprise Server log files and how to troubleshoot issues using tools such as the BlackBerry Administration Service. This course supports a Microsoft Exchange environment only.
